At TENGA STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn products with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
